Hi :) I´m Christina Cottrill, 20 years old, from Canada.?I have loved staying with YWAM Perm and our experiences.

To me the hospice was a place of little hope and a lot of depression, not necessarily because of the people or workers but because of the atmosphere of death. I feel like YWAM Perm really brings a shining light into that place each week and I was so happy to be part of it. Last week I met a woman there and I felt it on my heart (from God) to invite her to go outside. It turns out she hadn´t been outside for a year... going back this week to take her outside again to see the flowers blooming was a great joy to me, and we connected over God´s creation. In the village our YWAM group met with a huge group of young people to play football and had such a fun time, and admittedly I was surprised at the end when they recieved God´s word with open hands and took the Bibles we gave them. It was definitely a blessing to both the hospice and our group.
