I'm Benne Draijer and I am from the Netherlands. When we were in Perm with our team, we did ministry in the villages and towns as well. One of those towns was Durtuly.

In that town we stayed three days and they were interesting days :) We experienced a lot of spiritual warfare, so it was really intense. For the first time during our stay in Russia, all our papers were checked. And everyday it became worse. The second day we even were arrested and the third day we had to leave Durtuly earlier because of the police. Besides that, the youth was much more closed, harder to reach and more brutal than in other places.

But the good thing with spiritual warfare is that we really have seen how much stronger God is! The crowd was harder to reach, but we have handed out more Books of Life than ever before. And we signed them all, so most of them will at least keep the magazine. And in no other place we felt so strengthened to give a strong testimony! God really took care of us and protected us and gave us strength and courage to do His work. One of the encouragements God gave us was answering our prayers by giving people healing after our prayer for them.

So, they were intense but really encouraging days, showing us again that God is so much more stronger than Satan!
