That’s what we’re doing in Kids’ Club Perm, one child at a time! Did you know that the majority of people who make a decision to follow Jesus Christ are between the ages of 4 and 14 years old? The Bible says in Proverbs 22:6: Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. That’s our mission at Kids’ Club—to train kids up to be disciples of the King of kings and Lord of lords—Jesus Christ!

Kids' Club is awesome!We started this ministry in the fall of 2004 and are committed to serving the children in one of the poorest neighborhoods here in Perm, by providing for their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We want to show these kids God's love through our words and actions. Every Saturday afternoon we start our meeting with sandwiches for every one. Through games, songs, puppet shows, creative lessons, crafts and just spending time with the children, we share with them God's love and His saving plan for us. Most of these children come from broken families and hear for the first time that they are wanted, created, and loved by God. This is a knowledge that can change their lives!

Every Wednesday afternoon we visit the kids and their parents at their homes. Through this we have been able to build relationships with whole families and be more effective in reaching the kids. We also try to bring items with us on our home visits that would help meet the families’ physical needs. Sometimes that means we bring them a warm pair of socks, or some oranges to a sick child. Jesus said in Mark 9:41 "For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because of your name as {followers} of Christ, truly I say to you, he will not lose his reward.”

We hope to some day have enough staff and resources to open our doors every day of the week, so that the kids could have a safe and loving place to go after school. We also plan to open more Kids’ Clubs in the city of Perm, and all over Russia!
